HIPAA Notice

This website (silchealth.com) is the corporate site for SILC Health and does not collect Protected Health Information (PHI) from patients or prospective patients.

For Referring Clinicians

Our Refer-a-Client form is designed for clinician-to-clinician coordination only. We explicitly request that submitters not include PHI in the notes field, and the form applies automated redaction to common PHI patterns. Detailed intake is completed via direct phone or email on secure channels managed by the receiving facility.

For Patients

Each SILC Health facility maintains its own HIPAA-compliant Notice of Privacy Practices, available at the time of intake. Patient health information is governed by those notices and applicable federal and state law (45 CFR Parts 160 & 164; 42 CFR Part 2 where applicable).
